DESCRIPTION:WEEK 1:  Childbirth Education Course. This course is 6 weeks long. Classes will be held on Mondays\, November 6th\, 13th\, 20th\, 27th\, December 4th\, & 11th. \nWe will cover the anatomy and physiology of labor and birth\, which will inform our discussion of why moms and babies have better outcomes with undisturbed birthing practices. We will also be practicing relaxation methods and watching videos. Format includes lecture\, question and answer\, hands-on practice and videos.
