WEEK 1:  Refresher Childbirth Education Course. This course is 3 weeks long and is designed for parents who have already had a hospital birth or births who are choosing to birth at home for the first time. Classes will be held on Mondays, November 13th, 20th, & 27th.

We will identify signs of early labor, active labor, and pushing stages through discussion and watching videos, as well as practicing hands-on techniques, including acupressure points, for labor support. There will be a question and answer session.
